Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen conditions discovered during the work. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with the work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your contract.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. While we make every effort to complete work on schedule, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project at any time before work begins with written notice. If materials have already been ordered or work has begun, you will be responsible for costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
Warranty Information
We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty as specified in your contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product. We will provide you with all applicable warranty documentation upon project completion.
Liability and Insurance
WoodForge Clovis Deck Builder carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure not disclosed or marked prior to excavation. You are responsible for having all utilities marked before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, securing pets during work hours, and notifying us of any hazards or special conditions on your property. You must also obtain any required homeowner association approvals before work begins.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
